NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on the 2026/2027 Preliminary Budget on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable at the Montgomery Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, New York 12549. A copy of the 2026/2027 Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Village Clerk where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular business hours. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can watch the live meeting on YouTube at www.youtube.com/@OfficialVillageofMontgomeryNY. Comments for the public hearing can be sent in advance of the meeting or during the meeting to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. To the extent one does not have access to the internet, comments can also be made by no later than 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2026 to the Village Clerk at 845-457-9661.

All persons interested in said public hearing will be heard in favor or in opposition at said time and place. Statements by persons unable to attend shall be in writing and filed with the Village Clerk no later than 10:00 am on April 8, 2026.
