PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. and shall be held at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.

The purpose of this special meeting will be to: meet in executive session to discuss the appointment of counsel to the Village Board and to take any further action as may be required.

The public is welcome to attend this special meeting, but is advised that there will be no public participation. 

The Village of Montgomery will make every effort to assure the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
