PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of Mark Gesso, for Subdivision approval.
The project proposes a three-lot subdivision for the premises situated at section 202, block 15, lot 14.2 in the Village of Montgomery, said lot also being known as 64 Union Street. The site consists of a single lot of +/-0.82 acres in the R5 Zone (one family residence) and is currently improved with a single residence.
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the Subdivision application. The Planning Board has declared itself lead agency for this action.
At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than the close of the public hearing on July 22, 2026.
