NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing to consider enacting a ban on the sale and distribution of kratom products in the Village of Montgomery on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable at the Montgomery Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, New York 12549.

To the extent one does not have access to the internet, comments can also be made by no later than 12:00pm. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to the Village Clerk at 845-457-9661.

All persons interested in said public hearing will be heard in favor or in opposition at said time and place. Statements by persons unable to attend shall be in writing and filed with the Village Clerk no later than 12:00pm. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
