PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be rescheduled from Tuesday November 4, 2025 to Wednesday November 5, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. and shall be held at the Village Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, New York. During said meeting, any lawful business of the Village shall be conducted.Â

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of Hanover Development, LLC, for Site Plan approval for the property located at 71-73 Clinton Street, designated on the Village tax map as Section 202, Block 3 Lot 4.2.  The Project is located within the Village’s B-2 Zoning District.
 The Site Plan Application proposes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building with commercial development on the ground floor and 11 residential apartments on the second and third floors. The site consists of 0.75 acres in the B-2 Zone and Bridge Street Historic District and is currently developed with a 3-story mixed-use building and paved parking lot.
