NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Local Law No. 5 of 2023, As Amended By Local Law Nos. 4 and 6 of 2024, to Extend the Moratorium Prohibiting the Approval of Certain Land Development Applications in the Village of Montgomery for an Additional Six Months.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery on June 3, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Montgomery Village Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid Introductory Local Law.

Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.  Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at:
